As this is a recognised training practice, there is usually a fully qualified doctor, of some years experience, about to embark in General Practice, who is here to gain knowledge in the speciality. Part of their training will involve their video recording of their surgeries, with consent, and taking part in research projects from time to time.

Medical Students

From time to time we run teaching sessions for medical students from the University of Warwick Medical School:

your consent for their involvement in your care will always be sought.

Locums

Rarely extra fully qualified GPs are employed to do surgeries, this is to ensure a constant level of GP appointment availability.
